Custom Attribute - Toggle Fields

I created a custom attribute in Unity that allows you to disable a field using a boolean field.  This attribute replaces the need to create a custom editor script anytime you want to add a toggle to a script in the inspector.  It also allows you to set multiple different controls for a single field
